Kirk A. Randazzo is a Professor of Political Science at the University of South Carolina and currently serves as Director of Leadership Studies. This book, Leadership in 3D, is based on over 20 years of research and teaching, and it represents a broader, more comprehensive approach to leadership. Under the premise that there is no single, right way to lead, the book offers an exploration across the many dimensions of leadership.
