is an Italian-qualified lawyer based in Boston, specializing in science policy, AI regulation, and bioethics. She previously served as Legislative Advisor for the President of the Italian Parliamentary Intergroup on artificial intelligence. She currently works in global health policy within the pharmaceutical sector. She is also a board member of the Italian Society for Artificial Intelligence in Medicine (SIIAM). is an Italian lawyer based in Bologna and a research fellow at the University of Bologna. She specializes in health law, with a particular focus on the regulation of medical devices and artificial intelligence, as well as data protection and cybersecurity. She regularly teaches courses in master's programs and at universities on these topics and is the author of several scientific publications. is a Full Professor of Constitutional Law and Artificial Intelligence Regulation at Bocconi University, where he also serves as Director of the LLM in Law of Technology and Automated Systems. He represents Italy at the European Agency for Fundamental Rights and serves as an expert on AI regulation for the World Economic Forum and the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).
