These stories offer a broad and versatile insight into the life of fighter pilots from many countries, from different cultures but with a common determination of fighting Nazi Germany over Europe's aerial arenas.

Christopher Yeoman was born in 1981 and lives in Farnborough, Hampshire. He is the author of Tiger Cub: The Story of John Freeborn, DFC, The Battle of Britain: Portraits of The Few and Rise Against Eagles (Fonthill Media). He has also written articles for Fighting High: World War Two and Bomber Command: Failed To Return. Tor Idar Larsen was born in 1980 and lives in Eina, Norway.
