Vijit Chaturvedi has 19 years of experience. She has authored 7 books in the area of Talent Management, Organization Behavior, Spirituality management. Her research interest lies in talent assessment, training gaps assessment, emotions at workplace, and psychological assessment. Prashant Singh is a veteran of Air Force with over two decades of service in frontline combat squadrons and has flown over 2500 hours on various fighter and trainer aircraft. He has been actively engaged in operational and training roles and has held staff positions at different levels in the organization. During his tenure in the National Cadet Corps, he led the training of over 1000 cadets for a sound development of character and a sense of service to the nation. He has been awarded on multiple occasions for his service to the organization and holds a Masters degree in Human Resource Management and a Post Graduate Diploma in Training and Development. Post his active years with the IAF, he has transitioned to the corporate world and has worked with startups and SMEs, sharing his experience and knowledge in the fields of Organizational Development and Strategy; Human Resource Development; Enterprise Resource Planning and Management; Data Analytics; Quality Management & Control; and Risk, Safety & Risk Management. He has a deep interest in applications of future technologies, especially, machine learning and artificial intelligence in the D&A sector. An ardent advocate for technological advancement, Prashant's writings reflect his deep interest in lifelong-learning, human resource development and future technologies. Currently, he collaborates with leading firms continuing to influence the intersection of technology, strategy, and leadership. Anandhi Ramachandran , professor at International Institute of Health Management Research, Delhi, India, is a Healthcare Information with 25+ years of experience in digital health field that spans academics, research, training and healthcare software designing & development. She has cross cutting education and work experiences in the field of bioinformatics, information technology, business management and public health informatics. She is also the nodal faculty for Centre of Entrepreneurship and program director of Fellowship program in management at IIHMR. She is associated with many National and International bodies of Digital Health and Telemedicine. Recently she has been elected as the Board Member of the Healthcare Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS) India Chapter. She has published many scholarly articles, invited to present papers in international conferences and has a well-funded research track. Prof Anandhi’s focus is on health system strengthening by integrating the ever-evolving technology into healthcare practices with particular focus on design, implementation, and evaluation of digital health technologies for primary healthcare and promoting health behaviour change in the community. Divya Aggarwal is Former Associate Dean – Academic & Student Affairs/ Admissions, Accreditations & Marketing at IIHMR Delhi and currently Associate Professor at IIHMR Delhi. She has completed her Ph.D (Management) in the area of Human Resources from prestigious Amity University, Noida. She did her graduation from Delhi University in the field of Instrumentation. After that, she did her M.B.A specializing in Human Resources and Finance from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. She has more than 17 years of Academic and consultancy experience and has diverse knowledge of the corporate world. Led the first cycle of NAAC accreditation, demonstrating her commitment to quality standards and successfully got ‘A’ grade for the institution. Divya is an expert on long-term success. Dr. Divya leverages her academic background and extensive consultancy experience to empower organizations with strategies for sustainable growth and lasting success. Under her supervision, nine post graduate students carried out research work in the area of Zoonoses which was funded by International organization. She had carried out research project on workload assessment of ANMs funded by UNICEF and has carried out various projects related to strategy and HR viz., strategy evaluation, workforce planning, competency mapping, talent retention strategies at the corporate level. She conducted Attitude Survey of Employees of Hongkong & Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC Bank Ltd) on 16 parameters on All India Basis and made Action Plan. She has conducted various trainings and workshops on areas related to Conflict management, team building and leadership in various organizations and b-schools.
