Throughout this comprehensive jewel of a book, Shirley takes us on a fascinating journey of life in the womb. She shares with us the negative and positive after-effects of the physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual 'fractal patterns' that can occur in us as a consequence of the type of womb life and birth we may have experienced. She shines a torch of informed light into this largely untapped area of psychotherapy and adds a new dimension by interweaving information on the Chakra system (the energy centres that make up the human energy field) while underpinning it with solid scientific research and psychology theories.
