Kevin VanBlarcum is a professional brewer by trade. He got his start home brewing at the age of 17 after a year abroad in Germany, and soon after graduating college at University of Albany began pursuing a career in the brewing industry. He now works at Keegan Ales in Kingston, NY. Born and raised in the Catskill Mountains, he resides in Pine Hill, NY with his wife. James Edward Davis decided to pursue his love for the culinary arts at the young age, when he inherited his father's dream of opening up his own restaurant. He moved to upstate NY and began to hone his skills as a grillman at a local restaurant, The Caboose. A devoted movie buff, James currently resides in Brooklyn where he works at Bagelsmith Sandwich Shop.
