Reviews for Ethics and Medical Decision-Making

’...a most commendable initiative that is of considerable value to promoting a greater awareness of bioethics.’ Family Practice ’The introduction provides a valuable overview and bibliography of the literature. It illustrates the editor's breadth of scholarship and careful selection of the 33 papers from six decades...I found that a great strength in this volume is the firm, clear, legal analytical approach to the hard key questions, the concern to test theories against cases and the fair balancing of different viewpoints. I would highly recommend this book as a broad background and introduction.’ Medicine, Health Care and Philosophy
