Prof. Dr. Seda H. Bostancı , who holds two associate professorship degrees, has a primary area of expertise in the field of Local Governments, Urban and Environmental Policies. She has been continuing his academic career as an associate professor at Tekirdağ Namık Kemal University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Political Science and Public Administration since 2016. She served as the founding Department Head of the Department of Political Science and Public Administration between 2016-2022. She graduated from Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University with a BA in 2000 and an MA in 2002. She completed her doctorate at Istanbul Technical University in 2008. She received a BA in Public Administration from Anadolu University. She worked at Sarıyer Municipality between 2004-2010. She continued his academic career at Okan University between 2010-2016. She has been involved in various academic activities in England, Hungary and Bulgaria. She has 4 SSCI publications and her main research areas are local governments, urbanization and environmental issues, political ecology, climate and water policies. Bostancı, received the Emerald Outstanding Paper award for her article in 2022. Prof. Seda Yıldırım hava a PhD degree in marketing. She currently works at Tekirdag Namık Kemal University in Turkey. She studies sustainable development, 2030 sustainable development goals, sustainable consumption patterns, higher education, consumption patterns, environmental quality, and food security. She has many publications including book chapters, proceedings, and articles (in journals indexed with WOS and SCOPUS). She won the Emerald literati award- Outstanding Paper Award 2022. #LiteratiAwards Valentin Vasilev is a professor of “National Security” (“Crisis Situations and Human Resource Management”) at the Higher School of Security and Economics /HSSE/, city of Plovdiv and head of the “Center for Leadership and Public Policies” at the same educational institution. In the period from 2000 to 2021, he was part of the South-West University “Neofit Rilski”, Blagoevgrad, being the deputy dean of the Faculty of Law and History from 2010 to 2019. He is the author of more than a hundred publications in scientific publications in Bulgaria and abroad, as well as seven monographic publications in the field of human resources management, crisis situations; the team form of work; motivation and organizational behavior; public management and public policies and others.Professor Vasilev has extensive practical experience in the public sector, such as: Deputy Mayor of Blagoevgrad Municipality /2007-2010/; Public Mediator /Ombudsman/ of the Municipality of Blagoevgrad.
