The book establishes the girls' diverse stories, circumstances, and personalities, while leaving readers to wonder what adventures lie ahead in the Spyglass Sisterhood series. -Booklist The plot is light on magic and strong on friendship and character development. The characters are believable and the conversations realistic and thought-provoking, often veering towards personal reflection.
