Lily Murray (Author) Lily Murray is a freelance writer who lives in a cottage in some beautiful woods. She studied English Literature at university and has worked as an editor and writer for over 15 years. She enjoys walking, birdwatching, trips to the Natural History Museum, with or without her children, and reading about new dinosaur discoveries. She is also a (very amateur) fossil hunter. Chris Wormell (Illustrator) Chris is a self-taught artist; he never went to art college or had any formal training: Which is probably why I hold the tools wrongly, he explains - a fact that makes his obvious raw talent all the more enchanting. He works using two main methods: wood engraving and linocut, as well as writing and illustrating his own children's books. Working for a diverse collection of clients worldwide, Chris' unmistakable style has lent itself to some fantastic campaigns that have been highly commended throughout the industry, including the cover artwork for the bestselling H is for Hawk. Chris has been with The Artworks since the mid- 1980's and continues to pave the way in his field and as a true ambassador for the craft of illustration.
