Her academic journey, rooted in excellence, began with First Class Honors in Economics from Aligarh Muslim University. As an e-learning expert and certified peer reviewer with Quality Matters, U.S., Dr. Naim has further enhanced her expertise with certificates in Digital Marketing and Social Media Analytics from Accenture, UK, and entrepreneurship from Harvard University. A prolific researcher, she has authored over 79 Scopus and Web of Science-indexed publications and penned more than 10 acclaimed books with prestigious publishers like Taylor & Francis, Nova Sciences and IGI Global. Anuj Kumar works as Head of Research and Associate Professor, at Rushford Business School, Switzerland. His significant thrust areas are marketing, international business, and general management. He has completed an M.Sc. in International Business from University College Dublin, Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, Ireland (Ranked among the top 200 colleges of the world - QS World ranking). He is pursuing an Executive-Ph. D in Management from Aligarh Muslim University (Central University). He has published research papers in reputed SCOPUS/Web of Science/SCI/ABDC/UGC Care Journals. Prof. Kumar has over seventy publications (Scopus- 40, ABDC- 23, Web of Science- 20, SCI-3). He also has three e-books and five book chapters to his credit (two are Scopus-indexed).
