Andrea M. Gatson is an experienced leader, advocate, and storyteller with over a decade of expertise navigating the complexities of corporate America. Starting her career as a call center representative and advancing to a high-performing managerial role, she has established a reputation for driving results, developing leaders, and maintaining integrity in challenging environments.Her experiences as a Black woman in leadership-overcoming barriers such as being denied opportunities, doubted, and overlooked-have shaped her career and informed her perspectives as an author.
