Tristan White is the Founder & CEO of The Physio Co, a unique healthcare business, that has been ranked as one of Australia's 50 Best Places to Work for nine consecutive years. After a short post-University stint in private practice, White branched out on his own and started working in the world of aged care. In a short period of time, White had more aged care clients than he could treat himself, so he started employing other physiotherapists. By 2004, his new job became a business and The Physio Co was born. White has since completed an MBA from Queensland University of Technology and an Entrepreneurial Masters Program at MIT in Boston. He blogs, writes and speaks about the Culture is Everything way which has been built into The Physio Co's workplace, and which White believes can be systemised and tailored to other businesses.
