Reviews for Crocodile Charlie and the Holy Grail

A thoughtful CEO of a troubled kitchen-design business visits various companies across Australia to discover the secret of unified teams, productive people, and happiness at work. People have roles and responsibilities in any company, he found, but it's only when leaders speak to the individual within each role that people become energized and fulfilled. Workers in all organizations need freedom to communicate and have fun, and clear statements about what managers value and expect. They also thrive when their contributions are valued and they don't have to worry about being judged or rejected for who they are. Laid-back Australian John Kolm is a sincere, pleasant reader, but this well-written material needs more vocal energy to keep it moving and make it memorable. -- AudioFile Magazine
