This book consists of a total of five chapters. The first chapter explains the concept of ethics and the fundamental dynamics of ethics. Within the first chapter, the ethical understandings of philosophers are also discussed. The second chapter describes the concept of business ethics, its definition, the elements of business ethics, and the primary reasons for the need for business ethics. Furthermore, the third chapter explains the stages of business ethics in business life. The fourth chapter examines unethical behaviors and the underlying causes of unethical behaviors. Lastly, the fifth and final chapter of the book explains the institutionalization of business ethics and ethical behaviors.
