Cara Hanley is an illustrator and a mental health therapist in Albany, New York. She uses colored pencils, gouache, and watercolor along with classic techniques and detailed line drawing to create art that encourages introspection and mindfulness. Cara has a B.A. in art history and psychology from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec, and an M.A. in social work from the University at Albany.
