Dr. Omar Ali is an Associate Professor in Management Information Systems (MIS) at Abdullah Al Salem University (AASU), Kuwait. He is also acting head of Digital Marketing, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Department. In addition, he is the assistant of Vice President for Development and Intuitional Excellence at AASU. He received his PhD in MIS from the University of Southern Queensland (USQ), Australia. Also, he holds two master's degrees, the first one in Information and Communication Technology, and the second one in Information Systems and Technology by research, both from the University of Wollongong, Australia. His research interests include RFID; cloud computing; blockchain; artificial intelligence; security; and system analysis and design.
