Like a good magician, Nielsen builds credibility with the reader by focusing on the mundane. Keplinger's translations preserve the seemingly simple poems' cadence, and readers will appreciate seeing the original Dutch on facing pages. -- Katherine Frank Booklist, November 15, 2011
