Mary Lynette Larsgaard is Librarian Emeritus of the UCSB Libraries and formerly Head of the Map and Image Laboratory at the University of California at Santa Barbara. She has published extensively in the field of geospatial data in libraries. Paige G. Andrew is the Maps Cataloging Librarian at the Pennsylvania State University Libraries. He has published several articles in professional journals on the subject and has offered map cataloging training courses nationally and internationally since the 1990s.
