I very much enjoyed this book's wisdom and sense of empathy. Jason Cowley, editor of the New Statesman * New Statesman * I absolutely LOVE this book. It's so gracefully accomplished and full of hope and practicality. Stretches out a hand to the lonely, the lost and the exhausted. It's a great gift of hard-won wisdom. * The Guardian * It's a beautiful little book and it will help you with your anxiety. Kelly writes with charm and kindness about overcoming depression. * Evening Standard * Beautifully and truthfully written...tipped as a Christmas bestseller. * The Daily Telegraph * Small, simple steps to a happier life * Daily Mail * If it's good enough for Harry Styles, it's good enough for everybody.
