In Iconic Australian Houses: Three Decades of Domestic Architecture, Karen McCartney, editor of interiors magazine Inside Out, presents 15 significant examples of homes built in the period from the 1950s to the 1970s. Each home was designed by a different architect and combines outstanding architectural principles and authentic interior design. A detailed introduction places the period in social, historical and architectural context and each of the selected homes is individually reviewed in an informed and engaging style.
